Managing Partner, Growth and Client SolutionsKatie Calhoun is a Sales and Marketing executive with 20+ years of experience driving transformative growth across Sports & Entertainment, corporate marketing, and media. She has generated billions in revenue and led strategic partnerships delivering millions in funding to nonprofit organizations.
She previously held senior roles at Getty Images (helping launch Generative AI by Getty Images), Forbes, and Hearst. Katie has also led initiatives with organizations including the UN Women, UNICEF, and Sheryl Sandberg’s LeanIn.org.
She serves on advisory and leadership boards including the Salvation Army (Western Territory), C200 (NE Region Chair), and the Women’s Business Collaborative / Athlete Business Academy Steering Committee.
Carol Frazer Haynesworth
Carol Frazer Haynesworth is a global marketing and inclusion executive specializing in growth strategy, multicultural marketing, and brand effectiveness. She most recently served as Global Executive Director of Growth, Effectiveness, Impact & Inclusion at Interpublic Group (IPG).
She has led marketing and inclusion initiatives across Time Warner, Mattel, Meredith Corporation, The Economist, NBCUniversal, and IPG Mediabrands, and drove multicultural strategy for Ulta Beauty.
Carol has partnered with organizations including Teach For America, UN Women (Unstereotype Alliance Charter of Accountability Framework), and the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation (CBCF) Advisory Council.
Her recognition includes honors from The Advertising Club of New York, Campaign US, Harvard Business School, and the National Diversity & Leadership Conference, as well as launching SheFront, the first Women-focused Upfront within Interpublic.

Managing Partner, Marketing & Brand CommunicationPaige McCrensky is a senior marketing executive and brand strategist specializing in high-growth transformation and modern brand storytelling across Fortune 500 companies and startups.
She has held leadership roles at American Express, Getty Images, Ogilvy, and Bloomberg, and served as Chief Brand Officer and VP of Marketing with global remit.
Paige has led award-winning global campaigns and partnerships with Dove, Citi, UN Women, UNICEF, Unilever, SeeHer (ANA), Women’s Sports Foundation (WSF), and the NDLA, including initiatives such as Project ShowUs and global Women’s Inclusive Storytelling Guidelines.
She is a recognized speaker at Cannes Lions, AdWeek, and the Digital Marketing Summit, known for combining data-driven insight with cultural storytelling to drive brand growth and engagement.
